Clear blue opk question please

Ok ive been ttc for about 7 months. One miscarriage later still trying.

Ive been using clear blue, i did conceive with them on my 2nd cycle so genuinely think they are decent but no luck now

ANYWAY....
I have been getting so many flashing smileys and no peak and feel like giving up. Day 7 of flashing. Do many of you actually get a peak after 7 plus days or have i missed it. The pack says wait for 9 days but feel like it looks unlikely?

Does anybody having success stories of conceiving with no peak?

I test when i wake up (between 8am and 10am as im on annual leave)
And then again around 4/5pm x

I got a solid smiley after 7 days flashing smiley! I was only testing in mornings, then using cheap OPk in evening as didn't want to waste the clearblue sticks. I knew I would have a solid smile that morning as OPK evening before was positive.

Keep DTD regularly during your flashing smiley - worked for me!

Keep going for a few more days, last month I had 9 days!

I’m on my first month of using the clear blue kit and also on my 7th day of flashing smiley. Really hoping I haven’t missed the peak

Thought id add i am now finally ovulating after 8 days of flashing smileys! Glad i asked this forum cos i was ready to give up bding a few days ago. Baby dust to you all

@kent1991 I had so many flashing smileys last month but this month I've had three days of blank circle then straight to the static smiley! I think its variable each month.

I’m glad you said this @Newstart20 - first month TTC and first month using OPKs. My CB did the same - blank circle then straight to static smiley! I thought it was broken

@FieldView I've been reading up on it and sometimes both your hormones rise together which gives a static smiley. If one rises first you'll get a flashing. I've been watching the lines inside and my hormones have really risen since yesterday.

To be honest i usually have 2 days flashing and then static so definitely varies :)
