2021...is surely EXACTLY the number of babies we are owed by now.

@Dollybird89 you do have us! I'm also on a weightloss hype so we can keep each other going! I've been quite good today and about to snack on an apple instead of chocolate! Although I do have open mince pies still 😬🙈

@Minster2012 the chocolate was a trap, I think, to make me go talk to him either for thank you, love of my life, or piss off who do you think you are?, I did neither so after closing I left him sulking, he must be destroying his living room thinking if I’ll go to work tomorrow now that they close schools, I will, dh happens to be on leave this week, so will keep ds off, and that gives us a week to sort out key worker school place, I didn’t yet as I shielded the first time, and dh needs to change his hours as we lose the after school club, I am not volunteering to shield, but gp might ask me to anyway

@Justanothercyster I think we should all move to Dubai with you, but only cos you missed it

Very jealous of @Justanothercyster holiday photos. I can't see holidays being possible this year. At least not easily anyway.

I'm feeling a bit miserable tonight as I'm back working tomorrow and Scotland are starting even stricter lockdown from tomorrow too 👎🏻 it's going to be a very long month. It's so icy outside so I hardly got to get much exercise today also 😔

Hope everyone else is doing all right! Hopefully by March we'll all start seeing an improvement.

@Franklydear so cunning!! I'm not volunteering to shield either and I wouldn't be able to continue with ivf if I did, I didn't ask them today what it meant if lockdown happened FFS always forget something

But nurseries staying open thank god. Which is also bizarre.
DH going nuts. And DS head butted him before bed. On purpose. Oh dear. Today not going great

@Katao haha I might sound logical on the outside but I am also checking my period tracker every three seconds in case I can magically test in the morning 😂

Sorry I haven't caught up I have just been sitting crying most of today.
We go in to lockdown in Scotland tonight, I'm so close to my aunt and uncle I can't stand but seeing them. My wee boy won't see anybody for his birthday. The kids are crying as they are the only ones going to our school and don't want to go but I have no choice me and hubby need to work. I can't have family in to babysit and do home schooling I don't think.
Sorry I know there is a lot worse of than me and I'm just having a moment.
I'm also worrying about my mum she is completely bed ridden can't move at all, and now is in a hell of a state because she won't see us.
I know this lockdown needs to happen but it's just taking away our basic human rights.

@Minster2012 and a year ago it would have work, and I thought about going to throw it back at him, with significant force and my aim is better than him, but then I though I want him to start the conversation, and it better be an apology...then I can fall on him like a ton of bricks, I’ll give you a date to come over with those riffles, one for me too please, I am not a bad shot

@Franklydear I think I've missed a lot of the story of your boss. I remember seeing he was being an arse when you had to stay at home with your son while he had to isolate. Tell me more though? 😆 I have a really annoying line manager that I need to deal with so sympathise with anyone else suffering haha. Luckily I've been working from home so all our communication since last March has been our slack chat app and the odd zoom video calls.

@DJmum83 no need to apologise for feeling totally fed up after everything announced today. I really sympathise for those with kids right now, I do feel like it's much easier for me not having anyone to home school or find child care for in these times.

I read the quantity of olive oil 3 times, kept thinking that must be wrong 😂 The chicken and rice doesn't sound that exciting until you see tbe picture...yum. thanks for sharing! Was it you that inspired me to make pomegranate chicken? Someone mentioned it months ago and I've cooked that a few times. @DJmum83 I'll be in a similar position, Ds Will have to go to school, don't know how he'll take it, but can't stay at home again, last time he turned days into nights, it was truly horrendous
@2020mission there's really not that much to him, ego, hooliganism, and temper tantrums, specially now I don't dance his song, he's also driving himself mad as I couldn't care less

@katao okay yes 100% I did not follow the recipe with regards to the oil 😅. They go a bit bananas on that one. The chicken recipe ended up being amazing! Def recommend it.

@Vil10 I'll be interested to know what they say, fingers crossed for you they find something that is nothing if that makes sense! I had some cysts when they scanned me for my miscarriage but they didn't really say what implications it could have. They said they thought mine could be from where the egg came from that cycle but I've had consistent left sided pain since so I am doubtful!

@notyetamumbuttrying I do hope so! Thankyou!! I think from what I've researched and read its cysts! I wasn't 100% but after experiencing 3 days of a dull ache then a sharp pain today whilst running then nothing since, I'm pretty sure that's what it could be! Hopefully I'll know more soon!X

@2020mission you're right, I've done all I can now, OH said to me there's no point me worrying before we know for definite what it is, sometimes it's hard not to though isn't it!

@Juno231 hahahaha oh I wish it was that, take me back😂 no I didn't have one, all the dr did was a feel of my abdomen and those blood tests, I asked for further investigations but he used the excuse that because I'm young, all my blood tests were fine and that my periods are normal and regular that he can't see it being anything like pcos or anything but I know that they can't be detected with blood tests! From comparing my symptoms to cyst symptoms, I'll be surprised if it isn't that!! But apparently you can have cysts and it not be pcos, which would make me feel slightly better because I know majority of cysts go away on their own and don't need treatment x

@blackcurrantqueen I'll let you know ASAP when I know, Hmm maybe go back and ask them if you still have the pain?? It's not nice is it, especially when you don't have the answers you want x
