TTC - Post Depo

Hi all hoping for some advice, I started having depo provera in December 2019 a month after my daughter was born, my last injection was August 2020 didn't have the next one in November, haven't bled at all using depo and haven't had a period to date, but now experiencing left sided breast pain, hip pain, headaches, greasy hair, greasy skin and mood swings. I also have Adenomyosis just wondering how long on average did it take for ovulation/periods to re start as my partner and i are TTC baby number 2 as due to the severity of my condition after baby no. 2 will be considering a hysterectomy. I'm slightly over weight but doctor didn't mention it would take any longer to leave my system than someone with normal BMI. Any help appreciated ❤️

Hi, I’ve been on depo provera and now trying to conceive. I only had two injections in total, the last one was around July 2019. I didn’t start having any bleeding at all until February 2020. Ive had about 4/5 regular periods now and have been doing opks which seem to indicate I’m ovulating so hopefully everything is back to normal. My BMI is normal but I don’t think depo is affected by weight so shouldn’t take any longer/shorter than anyone else. I think it just takes a long time with everyone. Good luck 🤞
