CD 7 for me following 2nd mc 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ready to kick the new year off with a bang (not literally, sorry husband), and get a blimin bun in the oven already!

Can anyone help me with multivitamins? I'm really at a loss as what to do 😔 I can't swallow big tablets so I'm very limited as to what I can take

@Dogmum13 do you have a nutribullet? I have a smoothie for breakfast each morning with spinach, frozen blueberries, vanilla protein powder and almond milk. It literally takes 30seconds to make and tastes delicious - could you open up the capsule and add to something like that instead? Might be better disguised like that??? Sorry, that's the only thing I can think to suggest - I take pregnacare and they're frigging enormous! 🤦🏼‍♀️xx

Pretty sure that's me out this month - 10dpo and FRER couldn't be more negative! Not even a squinter or hint at a shadow! Had a pretty bold line by now in all previous pregnancies. Feeling pretty crappy with everything that's happening at work too. When am I going to cut a break?! 😞 Just want AF to arrive now so we can start the new cycle. Xx

@BubsNumber2inTheMaking I hope your feeling ok today, I know what you mean at least when AF arrives you can move on & get ready to try again. The 2ww is the worst. I hope your meeting went alright. I know this might not be your "type of thing" but sometimes when it all gets a bit too much I write a list of the things I'm grateful for (mainly to take my mind off ttc & any other worries) then stick on BBC sounds - Sounds of the 90s with Fearne Cotton or any music that makes me want to dance & forget about everything. Be kind to yourself 😊 xx

@RD88 thank you for your sweet message. I didn't end up going back to sleep last night so I'm pretty frazzled this morning. Going to take a bit of time off work this morning to get my head together. Might try and do some exercise in a bit and listen to happy tunes like you suggest. Thank you xxx

@BubsNumber2inTheMaking sorry I missed your question about the consultation period . Ohhhh no that’s a big loss , sorry to hear that , about half on my team were made redundant too . It’s a horrible thing to go through , really stressful. Yeah I think everyone worked through consultation, it’s was a quick consultation period, only about 2 weeks I think. Thinking of you x

AF reared it’s ugly head again yesterday 😢. Knew I was out as I could feel it coming on but still tried to convince myself otherwise. Feeling very low today. For the past three months the day my period has arrived a close friend has told me that she is pregnant. The exact same day. Happy for them all (one was through IVF), but can’t stop thinking when will it be our turn? Sorry I just needed a moan and a rant before I go off to work x

Morning girls! Sorry for everyone who had AF arrive and are feeling low. Just want to send a hug. ❤ AF is on her way out for me and now that she's away, I'm feeling back to my positive self again and you will too, I guarantee it! 😊 Here's hoping for a fabulous fertile February!

My DH full of cold so dont think he is overly bothered 🤣 i wont be ovulating until next weekend so told him to sort it out! Going to have a few wines this sat and then abstinence until AF. Il start on the opks on weds fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@MgW1 oh no is he 🤣 yeah better get himself sorted out for next weekend , no excuses !! I’m thinking the same , might have a wee wine tonight and then be good. I think I’m due to ovulate Wed, normally around CD13, so should probably get on it this weekend.

QUestion about EWCM

I'm on my 7th cycle, but taking a break from OPK this month to reduce anxiety. I'm still temping and have a dip today. (CD11)

I normally peak on CD13/14, so aim to DTD leading up.

I seem to always get heavy EWCM on CD 9 or 10 and then it always goes watery, so when OPK says I'm getting high fertility (flashing smiley) on CD 11/12 I don't have EWCM.

This month I just DTD as soon as I saw EWCM on CD10, just in case.

Does anyone else have a similar experience?

Well this is what I am wondering. I have got some opks to see if EwCM tallies up with ovulation. Get some preseed for ovulation day if you have no EWCM xx

@MgW1 thanks - I've not used preseed yet but maybe next month. Is it helpful?

We'll DTD as often as we can for the next few days and try to be calm about it 🤞last month we DTD every day for the week and still nothing happened- it was exhausting and became stressful 😩

This month I'm going back to every other day & try to land on ovulation day ... but still confused why EWCM and the peak don't line up 🙈 bodies are strange.

@SadieSazzle Thanks for the uplifting post 😊it can and will happen for us - I’m really trying to be more and more positive this year! How long have you been ttc and how old are you (if you don’t mind me asking!).

@MgW1 how long have you been using preseed? I’ve bought some but yet to use it. Going to try it this month as something different x

I ended up conceiving with it last time but ended in chemical. Last month i didnt use any, this month im trying everything! So il give it a bash xx

@sunshineandshowers3 I'm 34 and been ttc since May 2019. NTNP for the first few months of that then started paying a bit more attention when it wasn't happening straight away.
How about you?

@SadieSazzle Been trying since May last year and I’m 28. Will this be your first? Have you had tests yet?

It’s such a lonely process when it’s not happening as quickly as you thought it may have xx

@sunshineandshowers3 yes, this will be our first. Getting some tests done with gp now, just to check all is ok. Its just frustrating when our bodies seem to have different plans from us! 🙈

@SadieSazzle Completely agree and I did (naively) think it would have happened much sooner. My Mum got pregnant very quickly and easily with both my brother and I.

Yes, our first. I have had my 21 day bloods and they came back fine and showed I was ovulating but DP sperm analysis has been delayed due to lockdown.

Just really want to get the ball rolling! My friend who has been ttc since May ‘18 announced she was pregnant this month after a successful 2nd round of IVF. Given me some hope that if we do have to go down that route, we could have success too.

That's so lovely your friend is pregnant after waiting so long - nice to hear success stories. You're so right, it gives us all hope! 😊
