CD 7 for me following 2nd mc 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ready to kick the new year off with a bang (not literally, sorry husband), and get a blimin bun in the oven already!

@SophieMorton I did think, how is she going to hide a park? 😆🤔🤫😳. I don't know how long this lockdown is going on for however we're taking advantage😉. My DH is self employed so we'll have more time for BD 🥳. Do you enjoy cooking? I've gained a lot of weight last year & after Xmas, I've been focusing on my health more. It takes my mind off a lot of things out of my control.

@FluffyLittleDragon no I’m a terrible cook! When it comes to traditional roles, my OH is the wife!
I’m just going to eat a lot of crisps...I’m still wfh, nearly a yr now and my jeans can tell.
Ought to be ordering maternity clothes now instead of parks and prams 😂

@SophieMorton, I'm in the same boat....WFH since March 2020, I know my jeans & work trousers have suffered! 😱. So it's one of the reasons I'm trying to focus on my health. Plus I'm overweight & I'm concerned that may make conceiving harder or impossible 😕.

My HPTs have arrived 😊. They're not cheap & I'm weirdly slightly excited & anxious about using them 😬. If AF doesn't visit this month & I have no obvious symptoms, shall I do a test? Or should I not bother unless I have symptoms? What time of day is the better time to do a test? I'm thinking am I building myself for disappointment 🤔🤷🏽‍♀️. Sorry for all of these thoughts spewing out 🙁.

@FluffyLittleDragon If AF doesn’t arrive then I would, that not arriving is a big of a symptom you’re going to get!

@FluffyLittleDragon how many DPO are you? If you have a few of them and they're not too expensive why not give it a go! Use your first pee in the morning it's the most concentrated on. And let us know if you do it!! X

@SophieMorton Okay I shall do but I'm not getting my hopes up🤞🏽. Another question if AF skips me this month & I have no obvious symptoms 🤢 other than a random cramp on one side, back pain (I think that's more winter related), slightly tender 🍋🍋 & feeling a bit emotional (generally being a ♀️) 🥴. Is it still worth doing a PHT? I've had words with my ovaries to corporate with me 😂. I will laugh if I'm PG & the look on my DH's face because he is convinced otherwise 😉🥳😈🤣🤣.

I honestly believe humor & finding this lush set of ladies will help me through this journey 😊.

@Rmd123 well I have a slight problem there because my implant was removed in Dec 2020 & AF hasn't visited me since 🤷🏽‍♀️. So my CD is anyone's guess? 🤔. When I was on the implant, my cycle was irregular & all over the place. I don't know if I'm PG or my body is trying to rediscover a rhythm?! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔🗓.

@FluffyLittleDragon I had the copper coil in for 5 years however I still had a period each month then I went on the pill from august to December. Usually after hormone contraceptive you'd get a withdrawal bleed within 2 weeks and since you didn't, maybe track you cycle from 2 weeks after it was removed? If you get some OPKS you can check when you're ovulating. You can get cheap ones to use until you figure out what time of the month you are ovulating then invest in better ones when your cycles regulates a bit more! Do a test in the morning anyway no harm in doing so x

@Rmd123 I'm tempted to do a test tomorrow morning but I feel like I'm setting myself up for disappointment 😕😬😭. My last day of AF was 19/12/2020 & we BD the day after....I don't like to waste time 😂😂🥳😉. I've not had a withdrawal bleed at all which I actually didn't know about until I saw it being mentioned on here 😲. My thinking is if AF doesn't visit by the end of this month....then I'll do a test. It's possible I'm carrying a ninja 🤣🤣 (but I doubt it) & I've been losing a few lbs each week too except last week (could have been the takeout). I'm not sure when women gain weight during pregnancy? 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔.

@FluffyLittleDragon if your last AF was the 19th your ovulation could have been between 31st and the 4th of Jan, did you BD any of these days?

If you can wait til end of month do as you'll know more then. If AF arrives around the same date this month at least you can track your cycle!

@Rmd123 only once between that time 🙁. I figured that my body will rediscover the rhythm again because I don't have the implant. I'll wait until the end of the month.

@MgW1 i did a test at 8dpo and it was so faint that once it dried it looked negative but there was a line there within the 3-5 mins. X

No reason in particular but just really don't think this is going to be the month for me. But I feel really fine with that somehow. I think not tracking and less pressure on myself has been such a good thing.

@SadieSazzle I really feel like AF is going to arrive early this month! But yes like you, I'm somewhat ok with that, if it's early then at least I get to try again sooner!

I have never used OPKs just track my cycle with the Ovia app. I really don't want to obsess over it so that's why I haven't used them but I'm thinking maybe it will help because I will know exactly when I have ovulated so I'm not just guessing! X

@Tara1711 yeah, you dont want to do anything that will stress you or make you obsess over it.

I'm on cycle 20 TTC but only started using OPKs for the last 5 cycles. I didnt find I obsessed over it but just found it helpful to really get to know my cycle. It didn't make a difference in helping me fall pregnant but at least I kinda know everything is happening when it should so its a little bit of reassurance. I might go back to tracking future cycles with OPKs but for now I think I'll just leave them out...its cheaper!! 😁

@SadieSazzle yes I think I will give it a go next month just so I know exactly what's going on!

This whole ttc journey has definitely been as interesting one!

@Tara1711, I'm feeling a little less blue than the past few days which is good. I don't feel pregnant, just obese 😬😭. To be honest I've never been pregnant so I don't know what it feels like 😕. Other than that today is my Friday so tomorrow I'm going to just relax 😊. I hope you're okay 👍🏽.
