Hi ladies! My fertile window is next weekend and this will be cycle number 1! Anyone else in the same position or feeling nervous excitement about TTC? I've wanted a baby for about a year and we have finally decided now is the time but I'm so worried it won't happen and I don't know how I'll cope if it doesn't happen first cycle, which I know it probably won't. Does anyone have any tips on managing expectations?
