I saw a post similar to this last month the day AF came and it made me feel really positive and motivated, I hope it potentially helps someone.
Here are the things I believe contributed to my BFP:

Gave up vaping the day after ovulation - I was puffing away at a bus stop and read a study where they showed it affected implantation in mice, and decided to chuck mine in the bin before getting on my bus! Hasn't been the easiest, there has been a lot of sucking on pens this week!

Used clearblue advanced digitial sticks in the mornings, supplemented with easy @home OPK strips in the evenings - 7 flashing smilies before my solid one. DTD day 1, 2, 3 and 7 of flashes, then twice on day of solid and once more 2 days after solid. I think the key is to DTD a lot beforehand to get as much sperm up there as possible.

Got the OH started on Ashwaghanda supplements - he didn't have much ejaculate before he started taking them but it made a massive difference. He also had a better sex drive and lasted longer! Would recommend these.
Didn't do anything else out of the ordinary. As for symptoms, I basically had none that I noticed. In retrospect sleep the last couple of nights has been slightly disturbed, otherwise lack of PMS was my only symptom!
