How to increase EWCM...?

Hello,

So I've been TTC for a little while now. The first month that I tried, I had an abundance of EWCM! Sadly that month I had a chemical pregnancy.

Ever since the chemical, I've had absolutely no EWCM at all... I don't know what to do!

It's been 4 months since and haven't had any EWCM those past months. Anybody know how I can increase it? 🤷‍♀️

I didn't use to have any pretty much until I took evening primrose oil - 2000mg per day during the follicular phase (important not to continue past ovulation!) and now I have lots each cycle!

Hi OP. I'm sorry to hear about your loss :(
I'm not sure how to increase EWCM but have you looked into PreSeed? It's a fertility-friendly lube designed to help the sperm reach the egg so mimics some of the effects of EWCM.

Evening primrose oil capsules definitely help. But as @Juno231 says you must only take them from day 1 of your cycle until ovulation as it can interfere with implantation (I think? Someone may know better but there is definitely a good reason!)

I hope this helps!

I've tried to increase mine as the one month I had it (cycle 2) I ended up with an early MC. I'm not Cycle 4 or 5 - Read this and realised my EPO had very little GLA in, so increased the amount of tablets I took to hit the recommended GLA and this month I noticed I had some - only 1 or 2 DPO at this rate but it certainly helped!

Good luck
