Hi everyone,

I’d appreciate some advice as I don’t have much experience in this area.

A brief background. Stopped contraception July 2015, 3 years of either no periods or random bleeding for days/weeks along with piling on weight, referred to fertility specialist and diagnosed with PCOS, started taking Inofolic and trying to lose weight .. started having regular periods earlier this year and lost enough weight to start Clomid.

Round 1 of Clomid began at the start of October, with a BFP on November 12th .. fantastic! Miscarriage started November 21st at 7 weeks .. gutted. I wasn’t aware of feeling ovulation or implantation and didn’t have many symptoms .. fatigue, bloating and some cramping.

We have started trying again straight away. I had mild cramping on my left side on December 19th, also a spot of blood when I went to the toilet (when I wiped). I’ve had some pricking sensations in my breasts, and occasional pains in my upper and lower abdomen. I’ve not known if or when I’m ovulating in the past, I don’t feel it, or maybe I don’t know what I’m meant to feel, and apparently PCOS can give false positive ovulation tests so I don’t use them.

Could the cramps on my left side and the spot of blood be ovulation or implantation? I’m currently getting negative pregnancy tests .. I keep thinking I see a very faint line and then nothing when I look again. Frustrating.

I’m feeling a bit down about everything this morning and suppose I’m looking for some hope. Any responses appreciated. Thanks x
