I’ve been ttc for a few months now and it just doesn’t seem to be happening and it’s really starting to make me sad and feel a lil hopeless - i’ve had one chemical pregnancy and since then just nothing ): No one prepares you for this side of trying for a baby - it’s always fear mongered in schools etc to be if you have sex once that’s it you’ll get pregnant but that’s not what happens in the slightest haha

@TtcPhee I completely get how you feel, no one tells you how hard and lonely ttc is. We've been trying for 9 months now and it's so tough having only my husband to talk to, feeling like I'm crying on him all the time. Just know that you are not alone, and we are all here for you, it's so tough but we're in it together 🥰 and just remember only a few months is still a short amount of time! Most couples don't conceive until 6+ months! Hope you feel better soon!

How long have you been trying? Its normal for it to take up to a year if neither person have fertility issues.

Fraanne · 27/12/2020 21:20

@TtcPhee I have been feeling the same! We have been trying for 10 months! I have endo and adenomyosis so have fertility issues so wasn’t expecting it to happen quick! But doesn’t make it easier! Think the worst thing is that everyone around me has either had a baby recently or have announced a pregnancy and each time I cry and I hate it! Sending hugs your way! I’m feeling the same x

Hello ladies, we've been TTC for the last two years and have no fertility issues. Sometimes nature just takes its time but i am sure it'll happen when it's meant to happen.
Dont be sad and please dont feel lonely...when you get your BFP, this experience will make you cherish it even more and you'll be the happiest person who peed on a stick ever! ;) Until then, we need to love our bodies for what they do and be patient...Fingers crossed for everyone here!
