BBT dip 5dpo?

I’m 5dpo and today my temperature really dropped, I’m now worried maybe I haven’t ovulated at all because it can’t be implantation dip so soon.
Anyone had this before ?

How are you taking your temperatures? They look too low, most people's temps are in the 36's and early 37's. Also it looks like yesterday you took your temp at a different time, this will affect the result.

I took another temp right after which was way higher so I've altered it now, I sleep with my mouth open a lot and read that can affect it ?
My chart looks like this now I've changed it

Ah yes sleeping with your mouth open will definitely affect it, the result looks more normal now! I would recommend setting an alarm each morning, quite early so you don't wake up before it goes off, stay lying in bed for 10 minutes with your mouth closed, then take your temp. Other options are to take your temp under your armpit or have a wearable thermometer, like an Ava bracelet for example that you wear at night.

Aww it was bfn. I'm ovulating any day but I've just gone for no tracking, no ov sticks this month as it was just stressing me out and keeping me up at night x
