Best chance of conceiving

Me and my partner have been timing ovulation and I’ve been using fertility lube (conceive plus) and taking supplements. I know it’s only a 30% chance every month but I thought doing everything right would help. We had sex every day of my fertile week including twice on ovulation day and I’ve just come on my period. Really thought I had a chance this month!
Has anyone tried the male supplements as well as the female ones and found they have helped? Or anything else? I know it sounds silly buying all these products but I just willing to try anything to help!
Also, i hear mixed views on when to have sex near ovulation/fertile week. Is everyday better or every other day? Also heard people say to have sex 2 days before and one day after. But we did that this time.

The only thing i took was folic acid it took us 14 months to conceive our first and this was after starting fertility investigations aswell, i know how you feel because i just assumed it would happen staight away and its very frustrating when for some people it does but it really can just take its time and now that im 13 weeks pregnant i wish i hadnt stressed as much as i did and just enjoyed the baby making with my OH. It will happen its just a case of when 🥰

It wasn't my period after all but spotting! Just did a test! In shock....
