We are both pregnant.. dodgy tests!!

Me and DP have both had a positive test 🙈 I had a bleed over the weekend which was bang on when af was due. It was a lot lighter than normal so tested Monday and was very very faint. Tested yesterday and was a bit darker but still faint and then tested this morning and this evening. This evenings is very dark but definitely false as made DP dip one in his urine and this is his result. Mines the top his the bottom. Don't use these tests!!!

Yes it was necessary. Men producing positive pregnancy tests is indicative of testicular cancer. It is critical that the OP understands that and her DH is checked out.

It’s not about upsetting the OP FFS it’s about ensuring she knows that this is a serious concern and acts appropriately

Op with all respect, stop pissing on sticks and convince your dp to seek help. As others have said, it could be serious and needs checking asap.

Yours and his tests look negative to me. I can see a very faint line on your first one but if you're past expected period it would usually be an obvious line and on your more recent ones I can't see a second line at all.

Get a First Response OP. Don't worry about blood tests just yet. Those cheapos off the internet were always doing my head in. Get the First Response and take it from there.

If someone pointed out to me that there was a chance my DP could be ill I would be really worried, not annoyed at the people who were telling me. We are not telling you to piss you off. We are genuinely concerned for your OH.

Yes we will get him checked out. Thanks for all your concerns. Having a healthy happy family is all we want in life so if that means getting him checked over this then we will.

It's been Xmas and now it's Sunday. So GP surgeries aren't open.

I'd be buying a proper test at this point, before even thinking about the doctors... Surely you want to find out asap?

@Idreamof2more I didn’t assume she had made no investigation. OP said herself that she’d look into seeing the GP after the NY.

Given it’s not after the NY and the OP is posting updates about her pregnancy test it is quite clear she hasn’t done anything.

I’m assuming that is because OP doesn’t understand how serious this could be and the best way to “send her some love” is to highlight that

If it helps in anyway some tests are just 💩. I had dodgy digital ovulation tests a few years ago that gave my dp a smiley face 😆 he is fine health wise.

Your test on the original post looks the same as mine when I got my BFP. A clear blue digital told me I was pregnant very quickly.

The other test looks like an evap line to me (I did about 50 of those cheapies so quite familiar)

My tests on these opk always look like yours and they still mean negative. They have to be as dark as the test line to be positive

Apologies op I'm talking about ovulation strips not pregnancy strips!
