BFP now this? Is it normal? Or should I worry

I think I'm 12/13 DPO - AF due Saturday.
Got faint positive yesterday and then FR BFP this morning. Got a few light cramps nothing major. Just been to toilet and wiped and this? Is it normal? I'm worried now 🙁

Yup totally normal to have AF like feeling (until about 8 weeks) and some spotting, light bleeding or similar
