@thedaydreambelievers so sorry to hear you're still getting positives, is it very unusual this many weeks after surgery?

I had a nice big temp drop this morning, hopefully that means ovulation is on the horizon 🤞 annoyingly though... DP couldn't sleep last night so he got up and had a wank (about 4am).... but I needed that sperm 😭 we have had such a good DTD pattern all month, and just when I need them they are wasted in a pile of tissue 🤣😭🤣😭🤣😭

@Kay00 noooo he should have woken you 😅 although then your temp would have been ruined so now I'm not sure ha.

@ChinChilly my old dog used to steal my dirty knickers from the laundry basket 😅

My temp has shot back up today 🤞. Just waiting to see what my RHR will settle at today as well.

🤣🤣 I didn't think about the effect of a mid night romp on my temp 😆 im hoping his little men are still effective this evening... and that he's not too tired after work today 😑

@Nellieee @Juno231 I told OH - he actually asked by himself as I’d said a few days before AF was due! I guess I’m just gonna wait for the weekend and see what happens really.

To keep myself positive I’ve read some people didn’t get their BFP until they were really late. I suppose we see so many BFP before AF is due we forget sometimes you actually have to be over a week late! (That’s my positive thinking for now anyways.

Morning all! 10DPO for me today, took a test this morning and BFN ☹️ - I took an IC and could’ve sworn there was the faintest line, decided to do a FRER to check and it was negative. I still think I saw a line, took a pic and there’s defo a shadow there but possibly an evap or my mind playing tricks on me! I also woke up with AF like cramps so pretty sure AF is on her way. Chart attached - had a temp drop today so will see what the next day or so brings in terms of AF! Will be pleased to see my period to be honest given the super long cycle.

@Sperr sorry about the BFN but you’re not out yet!

@Juno231 He hasn’t moved onto dirty nickers yet, although there is always room for progression! Just socks and bras at the moment 😂 your chart is looking good!

@Mol234 sorry about the bfn. Hopefully that shadow will turn into something in the next few days. Your temps are still really high even with the drop today! So definitely not out yet.

So I am now 10/11dpo. Had another small temp increase this morning. Usually would get a drop by now. Feel like my chart is trolling me after my bfn yesterday.

Hiya, just to update I did speak to the on call doctor just now and she thinks, especially with my endometriosis, that it's within the realms of normal because of my hormones resettling. The pain is less today so she said to ring her back if it gets worse again or if I need stronger painkillers. So, fun! I've got my hot water bottle though.

@Nellieee thanks! My cuddles are usually around 28 days so this late ovulation isn’t normal for me 😞 I had a temp drop yesterday so I thought I might have gotten a peak OPK yesterday but nope and now a temp rise today so doubt I’ll get one. I feel like this might be an anovulatory cycle which is just frustrating to not even be in with a chance this month. Just have to keep hoping it’ll happen I suppose! I wonder if I should just stop the agnus castus or see out the cycle..

@TheDaydreamBelievers is your appointment this Thursday? I hope you get some answers and it all gets sorted quickly.

@Kay00 that’s good about your temp drop! Hilarious about your OH but I’m sure he’ll muster up the stamina for later!

@Mol234 a shadow of a line sounds hopeful! And the AF cramps good be a good sign! They’re also a sign of pregnancy so there’s still hope!

@Flowers222 @mol234 I'm still holding out hope for you both, your charts are looking ace! You too @Juno231your chart is bang on ... we haven't had some BFPs on this thread for a few weeks, we are long overdue!

@minipilling I'm glad you called the GP! Just remember not to take any ibuprofen if TTC :)

@kay00 I hope today is ovulation for you, the temp drop looks promising.

Thanks all - I probably need to take my own advice and not be so negative at this stage, I guess it’s the FRER that got me as I thought it’d pick up a BFP at this stage. However, natural cycles does only have me at 9DPO (FF 10DPO) so I could still be too early I guess. I’ll see if AF turns up today.

@Flowers222 chart is looking v good today! Are you going to wait til fri/sat to test?

Also ladies can I get your opinion on this - this was the IC this morning where I think there’s a faint line. Just showed my OH and he thinks there is too but I’m not sure if our eyes are tricking us because we both want there to be a line... honest opinions please!

@Mol234 I can definitely see a line, but I had 2 evaps with these tests so definitely try a FRER in the morning 🤞🏼

@ChinChilly ahh ok helpful to know - when do they start to get an evap? This was about 10mins after I did the test, but I’m not sure if you’re supposed to discard it by the that point?

@Mol234 one I got out of the bin hours later (Don’t judge me 😂😂😂😂) and the other one was about 15-20 mins after. If it’s pink in colour then it’s a positive if it’s more grey it’s an evap. I think mine were more grey than pink.

@Mol234 def see something although I think it's void if it appears after the 5 min window? I second the FRER tomorrow morning!

@Mol234 I can definitely see a line! But I can't tell if it has any colour. I would agree that you should try a FRER tomorrow. I really hope it's your bfp! I keep flipping between having no hope at all to getting my hopes up too high 🤣 I don't know when I will test again. I might try to hold out until Friday but it will probably depend on what my chart does. If I don't get a drop tomorrow I'm not sure I will be able to wait.

I just went and got it out of the bin (also don’t judge me 😂) I really can’t tell what colour it is tbh. To me it looks more pink but not sure. Will test tomorrow anyway unless AF arrives tonight. I’ve got no FRERs left so may pop out at lunch!

@Flowers222 I know what you mean - I think test tomorrow if the temp stays high!!

@minipilling that sounds awful. I do get O pain usually the day before and day of O, but it's mild. I just know something is going on, and it's usually one side only (i say this having only had two real cycles off the pill in years!). I would keep an eye on it and speak to your GP again if it gets any worse. Poor thing.

@ChinChilly ahh great news re interview and time off. Set you up nicely to get on it girl! And your dog!! 😂 They are funny aren't they?!

@Kay00 temp drop looking good and hopefully means oestrogen is gearing up for an LH surge 🤞 LOL at your OH. Whyyy didn't he wake you up?!

Yes @Juno231 to that chart!! Will you wait until CD30 to test, or do one early?

@Sperr bless your OH for remembering. That's sweet. He probably would have read your mood anyway. You're still in the running!

@Mol234 ahh I defs see a line. But like the other girls, can't tell if it's evap or not? Maybe test tomorrow with FRER? Has FF told you off for temping at diff times? I saw your triangles. I only ask as I always have messages on my chart for the same reason.

@Cams50 lols at cuddles. Really hope it's not anovulatory for you. Aren't our bodies annoying when they don't do what we want?! What time are you testing? I got a random peak on CB dual hormone OPK at night, after three days of solid blank circles.

@Nellieee ahhhh is that the reason for the triangles?! I always wake up, put my temps in my notes and then update natural cycles and Ff when I’m properly up! Didn’t realise that’s why I had triangles!

I had been feeling so positive and like I wasn't too bothered, it was fab, then a day or so ago the dread and anxiousness set in. Sadly it was right as AF appeared yesterday evening just before bed which was actually early. I went to bed in tears and haven't even told my dh yet. I just feel like it's never gonna happen and its so hard when I feel like I'm surrounded by pregnancy and babies!
Onto a new month, I'm positive for this year, but I don't actually feel like I can imagine it actually happening! I'll pull myself out of the misery today and be positive again for a new month of hope. Cycle 13 here I come.
