The last couple of days I have felt like I’m going to begin my period. I can’t remember the last period I had (had implant)
Sore boobs and cramps? Could this be a sign of pregnancy maybe?
Although I have taken tests and negative. Could I be testing too early?

Possibly. Do you know roughly when your period is due? They are also PMS symptoms so it's difficult to distinguish between the two 😫
