Soya isoflavones?

Hi, I have just bought a pot of Soya ISO, has anyone had any success? If so, how did you take them?

I read a few research papers on these as I have relatively low oestrogen. Overall the papers seemed to agree it didn't really have any measurable effect. Technically they were testing these as an alternative to HRT in menopausal women but in theory it's the same effect we'd be looking for in TTC.

What led you to wanting to try them?
