BBT help please!

Hello looking for some help please.

I've been telling for the first time this month... totally confused. I've seen BBT charts online and like doesn't look anything like it or make much sense. I ovulated on OD 21 (I think - that was my peak day, although the app says it's the day after from my OPK tests)

Why is temperature up and down so much? Thought it was supposed to say over the 'cover line'. Did I not ovulate? The orange is the OPKs and the blue is my temp.

I find these charts hard to read. I use fertility friend and its a lot clearer and gives you a coverline, maybe try and input in there? I'd hazard a guess that you may be 2dpo now and tomorrow's temp might make it clearer.

@rttcbabyno1 I think you probably ovulated on CD23 and your dip below the cover line is because of a secondary estrogen surge (very common... its called a fall back rise), this would put you at 5DPO. PP is right though, try putting your temperatures into the FF app, its free and much much easier to read
