I had a missed miscarriage in August. I bled for 6 weeks. Since then I have been having really long periods which has made TTC really hard. I’m having an internal examination in hospital this week as when I miscarried they noticed a septate uterus. but just wondered if anyone else has experienced something similar? Thanks
