Does anyone else use one step ovulation tests? Just I've used them for this will be my 2nd month now n I've only had a 2nd line show up twice in all the days I've used them, the control line shows but that's it. Does this mean that I'm just not ovulating at all or could there be a fault with them or am I doing something wrong? I'm so confused.

I've used these with no problems at all in the past (concieved 3 times with them - mc though) but the last couple of batches seem to be a bit crap. I bought some from poundland yesterday and did both at the same time and the one step have no second line but the poundland ones have a fairly decent test line. Put me off them really. So I'm saying faulty. Look out for other signs light ewcm and any twinges. Good luck 🤞

I think you need to give yourself more time. Even on the morning of the day I got my peak, I barely had a line show up.

Thank you. I might get some other ones to try it just doesn't seem to matter what time of day I try them there's no second line.

Easy@home ones are good, I found them easy to read. You'll only get a dark test line for 1 or 2 days in your cycle, the rest of the time the test line should be very light. Some people have a gradual LH surge, others have a sudden LH surge. A gradual surge would mean you see the test line slowly get darker over a couple of days. A sudden surge means the line becomes dark over a few hours and then goes again. It's best to test twice a day around the time you're expecting ovulation, so that if you have a sudden surge you won't miss it.

I used the one step ones this month and it was frustrating how faint they were. I did get my peak in the end but I thought they were a dud until then.

Going to try the easy@home ones next month if I'm not pregnant.
