When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

@Vil10 I started trying around may/Jun as well, and always thought it should be easy, altho should have known and took my friend's advice to start earlier (she tried for 3years! And finally got pg thru IVF at the start of this year and now have a beautiful lil girl). I know it's hard to take it easy with TTC, I replaced TTC stress with work stress to distract me 😅 and this cycle I stopped temping after confirming ov, and didn't bother with seed cycling etc and just took tablets when I remember...just kept thinking, if it happens, it'll happen. Was determined to stop buying opks too if I run out, which hopefully I don't need anymore now.

Hopefully 2021 will be year for all of us to get off this bus!

@Vil10 and @Katao I’m with you girls you just get so emotionally invested in it all. And yet I’m still here hoping AF doesn’t show in a couple of days and clinging to the symptoms that are probably none existent.

@Mrsbear1122 I've stopped using opk from this cycle. I get ov pain so can pinpoint it anyway so may as well save some pennies! I hope I sneak in a 2021 baby if my timings are right for starting ivf and it works first go! I hope it's not too much longer for you now either.

@notyetamumbuttrying thanks hun, I swap between thinking I have symptoms of pregnancy to thinking it’s pms. Definitely holding off to test though as I feel that brings me more disappointment than waiting to see.

@Florence13 wish I had your will power to not test, I tested early and now keep staring at my faint lines, and keep worrying why it isn't getting darker faster 🤣 this is just comparing 12dpo to 11dpo, think I'm going crazy 🙈 hope AF doesn't arrive for you and when you do test, you'll get a surprise 🤞

@Florence13 still hoping 🤞🏻, like @Mrsbear1122 I think testing & testing can drive you crazy and tbh I hadn't heard of it until I joined the bus here after our BFP and after DS IVF being carried by best friend where we waited (including best friend of course where it was her not testing early behind our back either!) but I can understand it too, both sides, and on our second try in October I tested on the equivalent of 12dpo I think, and @Mrsbear1122 don't forget in theory HCG doubles every two days 😊

Thank you ladies. I'm not too deflated as I was expecting it. I tested everyday for the last 4 or 5 days as I wanted to know if I could have a guilt free drink 😂 I'm not a drinker really usually but Christmas is different 😜 so sick of bfns! I'm all out of cheapy tests and I'm not going to buy anymore because I think it just encourages me to start the whole poas fixation too early. Plan for next cycle: no opks and no early testing.

Ha thanks girls! It always seems to be the same gland that gets blocked and then infected - super gross and painful. It first happened when I was 11 and I totally thought I had a tumour and would die lol.

TMI but I managed to drain it tonight so should hopefully go on to heal now.

I hopped onto this bus a month or two ago after a MMC but my partner and I decided to delay TTC until after Christmas so I could enjoy wine, whiskey and skiing without having to worry.
I think I recently ovulated so now it's just waiting until a new cycle starts. Trying to approach with a healthy mix of optimism and pragmatism!

Girls hi hi, I'm now caught up to Friday but have decided I might just have to miss the last couple of days or I'll be constantly chasing my tale and never have time to actually write anything!!

My cold from mid December turned into a chest infection which turned into a hospital stay.... right when I was ovulating 😭 so for my own sanity I hopped off the bus for a bit! Sorry for just abandoning bus!

I'm still not 100% sure where my head is at with the whole trying to conceive, it's making me a bit miserable every month that af shows up, but I miss the laughs on here so I'm back if you'll have me 🤞🏻
