This month is my first month using OPK’s. AF finished on Thursday 10th Dec. I started using OPK’s on Sunday 13th Dec (CB advanced digital ovulation kit) it gave me a blank smiley face on the Sunday and Monday and then on Tuesday morning, so 5 days after AF finished and CD10...it gave me a static smiley face? So just straight to static, no flashing smiley faces, just straight from low fertility to peak. I was a bit WTF and thought it must be an error but we DTD that night anyway.
I didn’t have any other OPK kits to test with so ordered some cheapies off Amazon that arrived the next afternoon, so over 24 hours after the CB gave me it’s peak reading. I’ll post the results of that below too. I also started BBTing this month but the results for the 15th (Tues) aren’t particularly conclusive, there was a slight rise but I’m not sure I hadn’t laid there for a bit, spoken to DH etc 
I’ve been OPKing every morning since and all I’ve had is low fertility, my apps say I should’ve ovulated yesterday (CD14) but there’s zero chance of that as my temp is low and OPK sticks are back to low fertility.
It just seemed very early for me to ovulate? Also I’d only been using the CB kit for 2 days before that result and I’ve read that it can take a month to get to know your levels before giving you accurate readings? I guess I’m just not sure whether to keep bothering to do the OPKs for much longer this cycle, though I guess it maybe couldn’t hurt with the cheapies but the CB are expensive so I don’t want to waste them
