Hi all

I have been trying for a baby and doctors have advised me to sincerly loose weight .I am obese and have 28 bmi , very unhealthy for my age but ever since the lockdown and staying at home process began I was first motivated to loose weight but down the road I have lost enthusiam .I feel so ashamed and today I weighed myself I have gained 2 kgs again !.
I am emotional eater and its killing me .
Can I seek GPs help .I do bing eating all the time .if I am not eating anything I either drinking !

It's a tough cycle especially at the movement have you been to OA I've got friends who go there and get a lot of support it may be online at moment

Only 28? It's not that bad. Loosing a little may help jog your hormones. Try after Christmas now, but try the blood sugar diet and couch to 5k...those will just nudge your system into gear a bit hopefully xx

@gg12346 well make a plan and stick to it. It comes to a crunch.. What do you you want more? Food or baby? Unfortunately the way our GP's work is not treating you for any possible infertility unless you have tried to loose weight not that you need to loose that much. Xxx You can do this. Wrong time of year but after Christmas you'll feel more motivated to try again xx
