EWCM and Ovulation

Hey ladies! New to this whole ovulation tracking.

I know EWCM is a good indicator ovulation is about to happen. My OPKs are still pretty light, however just started getting EWCM. How should DTD be timed around EWCM? Is there a way the tests aren't fully accurate? Photo attached of line progression. Normal looking?

Defo seems to be getting darker! Keeping testing twice a day after bladder holds, your peak will probably come in next few days. EWCM is prime sperm environment so get DTD!

Hiya hun I'm in the same boat as you haha it's so frustrating. I was supposed to ovulate on day 14 and 15 which would make me 2/3 dpo however I noticed a lot of egg white cm so I took an opk out of curiosity and the test line came up dark straight away but it's not the same darkness as the control line.
I will put a picture down
The top one was from 3 o'clock this afternoon and the bottom one was from an hour ago

I am now on cycle day 18

@Alist12 they look pretty close to being positive! I'm sure you're about to have your peak. If I go by my CM I've noticed I'll either ovulate earlier than predicted or several days later. I've heard CM is the best indicator you can go by.

@Mekalahb that's what I was thinking but I'm not going to be testing till tomorrow at 12p.m if it's negative then I have probably just caught the end of my surge, I'm pretty sure you can get short surges that don't last 12 hours, from yesterday's opk to the one today they were took 24 hours apart so I don't know. Does that make me 1dpo tomorrow if I get a negative result?

@Mekalahb will do babe, I'm classing myself as 1dpo today as my period is supposed to be due on the 29th / 30th

I normally dry up the day after ovulation but I'm still having so much cm to the point where I think I've come on. Is this a good sign?

@Mekalahb think I'm ovulating today as this was my opk from 5 minutes ago

@Alist12 are you still getting dark tests?

@Mekalahb I only had one more dark test which at the end of the time the test line was slightly darker then the control line
