Anxiety is crazy atm

Hi
I'm new to this Mumsnet so not sure how to post or where to post!
Has anyone got any tips?
Came off the pill in October and still no period and negative tests
Should I be worried?
Or shall I just carryon as normal?

It took me several months to get periods back after stopping the pill xx

Emilie have you thought about acupuncture? I had it last cycle and felt it really helped me regulate - I ovulated bang on. Have heard people say they have used it to bring on their period after a miscarriage. Also you could use OPKs to track whether you are ovulating!

Hi I've never heard of acupuncture? Is it a new thing? 🙈
