I’ve been doing OPKs but not quite sure how they work. We DTD the morning of the ‘peak’ and again this morning. Is that the right timings? Or should we have DTD earlier.. or again tonight/tomorrow?

OPK confusion?

Hi!

Your most fertile days are the three leading up to ovulation, as well as ovulation itself. You ovulate any time from 12-36 hours after a peak so may even have ovulated yesterday! It's advised you DTD today/tomorrow as well in case you haven't ovulated yet. If you can only fit in one I'd pick today over tomorrow.

Going forward make sure you DTD in the run up to ovulation, since if you didn't DTD before yday and ovulated yday, you may have lost out on your prime DTD days!

@Juno231 thank you that’s really good to know! So once the levels go down does that mean ovulation has occurred? I’ve just done another text and levels are back to low x
