I have only (very) recently started charting having put it off worried that it would give me anxiety... I wasn't wrong... but the anxiety isn't too bad and I am feeling slightly empowered by finding out what my body is doing.
I am confused though. When you look at Google and BBT charts, they all seem so neat and not very wiggly.. mine is ALL over the place! Does anyone have any insight?
I chart at 7am every morning, I don't speak or move before doing it. I would say that in the mornings before 7am I do have slightly broken sleep so I am not sure if this impacts on my temperature.
So grateful for any thoughts x
