I stopped the pill 4 weeks ago and had the 'bleed' a few days later as normal. Do I start counting from the last pill or the first day of the 'bleed'?.
If counting from 1st day of bleed its day 27 today and have had reddish / pink discharge (sorry TMI) since day 25. is this normal? before the pill I had a 28 day cycle. Should I even be counting from the first day of 'bleed'? or just wait for my real period to start.

Does the coloured discharge mean anything.

Finally is it okay if I don't get a real period straight away?

Don't count you first bleed as that was a withdrawal bleed nothing to do with ovulation, wait until the first day of your next period and start counting from there.
Its normal not to have a settled cycle for a while as well.
