Hi All, I’m new to Mumsnet, so not sure if I’ve posted this correctly/in the right place etc. But I’m doing IUI and it looks like it’s going to be towards the end of next week for the actual procedure. I’m planning to take the day off work and try to relax (a bit), but apart from that does anyone have any tips on what I should of shouldn’t do either on the day of the procedure or for the days afterwards? The clinic just say to go about your normal day, but I wondered if there was anything I could do to improve my chances (I’m 43 and time is running out :-( ). Any tip / old wives tales gratefully received!!
