Is ovulation pain a good sign??

I'm on cycle day 15 and for the last two days I've been getting sharp cramps on my lower left abdomen, assuming the left ovary. Would you say this is a good sign?? Is it too late to BD?

Ovulation pain can happen before, during or after ovulation. It can be a good sign to help you detect when ovulation is happening but many ladies ovulate perfectly normally with no pain. The only way to tell exactly when you've ovulated is to use OPKs and BBT monitoring. Definitely DTD today though, you could have ovulated today or yesterday.
