Ladies is this a positive opk or nearly there? I’m only on day 12, last month I didn’t get a positive til day 18. My partners away with work.

Obvs can't advise without a photo but you want the first line to be as darker or darker than the second.

I ov'd on the 18th day last month and on the 12th this month so it wouldn't be the weirdest thing if it was a positive. Sorry your partner is away though - that is annoying! When is he back?

As the above poster said, if the test line is as dark or darker it’s a positive.

My test like looks a little bit darker than my control line. The only thing I was u sure if that made me doubt was that the control line is thicker and it’s throwing me off but the rest definitely looks darker to me. It’s caught me by surprise as I wasn’t expecting it! Partner has to stay in hotel for work to limit travel due to covid and now I’m like noooooo why now!!

Did you dtd a few days before this peak? You might me covered x

We did on Monday but our shifts have clashed since then :( gutted. I wasn’t expecting to be fertile until next week! Why oh why!

If you weren't expecting it until next week, keep testing. Sometimes there's an early peak of LH which shows up on the tests but doesn't quite trigger ovulation for some reason. Your body will then have another go a few days later, and that will be your actual ovulation. I found this a few times when I got an unexpectedly early positive

Although sometimes it's just early! You won't know unless you keep testing though

Ladies, this was my OPK on CD 12 at about 12.30 in the afternoon. ( now I can finally upload)

CD 13 afternoon it was back to negative again.

I’ve carried on testing and now im CD 18 and all have been negative since so I’m hoping that CD12 was it!!

Partner managed to drive home cd12 to baby dance and I then went to his hotel cd13 managed to dtd cd 12,13 and 14 so our disaster ended up being not so disastrous! maybe I am in for a chance!
