TTC after miscarriage and found retained pregnancy tissue that's calcified?

Hello,

We have been TTC since July 2019 and suffered a missed miscarriage in Jan 2020 and a due her miscarriage in May.

We have since not managed to conceive but I have had a number of concearns and test. A recent scan has found calcified pregnancy tissue in my womb.

Has anyone had experiences of this? Have you managed to conceive?
