Here we go ladies! The last thread was a lucky one so let's keep up the success on this one!

@GreenApplesYo I'm 7+2 or 8+2. I think I'm just a bit anxious with everything that's going on and had worked myself up for the appointment tomorrow. Disappointed but what can we do ehh! Have a private scan on Sunday so at least I'll find out more then 🤞🏻

@PowerOfFlowers oh yes that's right, depending on which app. Totally understand the anxiety. I found the first 12wks such a limbo. It dragged on! Plus it's an awkward time time to be needing the NHS for anything. I was really glad I had an early scan, it was nice getting an accurate date, and due date as well. Hopefully yours will be reassuring too 🙂

@Foxl2222 I can defo see something there, check again tomorrow and hopefully you’ll have a better idea then!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 How exciting, imagine engagement and BFP all in the same cycle! 🥳

It showed up quite quickly, maybe within a minute I noticed something and by the 3 minutes it was more clear.
I'm worried now cos I've been googling indents and apparently the frer indents can be quite strong😳 but the line def looks pink to me so hope that's a good sign🙏🙏 xx

Eeeeeek @Foxl2222 just seen this, that looks like a BFP to me!! That's what my first FRER looked like, definitely a line there! Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow!! What an exciting month it's been for you!!

@positivitytree2020 if I'm honest I feel confused by your chart too haha but there's a definite temp increase so fingers crossed for a decent LP at the very least and maybe even that BFP! Have you tested just incase you are actually 13dpo?

@PowerOfFlowers that's so frustrating, sorry to hear your appointments been cancelled. My booking appointment is on Monday and I'm expecting that they'll move it to a phone call or something, if they've got the staff of course. Hopefully they can get you booked in soon! Fingers crossed for your scan, I found mine so reassuring so hope you do too!

@Bells20 glad I’m not the only one confused by it! 😂 no I haven’t bothered testing, I think by looking at my chart I am either 8DPO or else 12/13DPO... I am going to assume 8DPO for now and if in 4 days time there is no sign of AF I will test then!
I didn’t DTD in fertile period if I ovulated 8 days ago so it would be the immaculate conception to be honest! 😂

Hi all - happy new year ☺️ hope everyone had a nice (quiet) Christmas and is keeping healthy.

I said I would touch base again in Jan after my ovary & tubal patency check, however that is no longer happening as a couple of weeks ago I got a BFP. It was a bit of a shock as the fertility specialist had (very confidently) confirmed I hadn't ovulated after I'd got a positive OPK and rise in BBT. He had told me how these were not reliable tracking methods for someone with irregular cycles like me. My GP agreed with him. I wasn't even bothered by my TWW as I had felt this element of relief knowing things weren't working but we were going to fix them in the new year.

I rang my GP in a bit of a panic as I'd drank at my work Xmas do, deadlifted my PB at double my body weight, just generally not acted like I was even possibly pregnant. She sent me off for HCG tests (and a crap ton of other blood tests) a week apart and it rose from 471 to 5379. I had a dating scan done on Monday and it was tracking at 5w1d - I calculated it as 5w5d so we will see if it catches up. It had a little heartbeat which was a bit on the slow side, 99bpm, but within normal for that early I believe.

I have a 'reassurance scan' booked for 5th Feb and if all looks well I will get my Harmony test done on 8th Feb.

I have been too nervous to even write on here as I can only think of all the things that can go wrong...but now I've spoken to GP today and know that I'm getting no more scans or tests for a month, I think it would be good to have people to talk to rather than Googling things and driving myself demented!

Oh my god @CardioQueen that is the best news ever!!! I can completely understand why you've been feeling anxious, especially given the strong responses from doctors but sounds like things are looking really positive for now! I woke up feeling a bit blah this morning and that has really put a smile on my face!! Such incredible news congratulations and hoping your scan goes well in feb! Please do keep us updated xx

Also, I think re: drinking and weights etc, I always think about the women who have no idea they're pregnant until they give birth and still have healthy babies! It must happen all the time especially in that early phase!

I think it's safe to say we have a BFP🙊🙊!!! Delighted!! 🥳☺️❤️🙌 now to hope and pray that all works out. Flo has my period predicted as due Friday and pre mom says Sunday. I reckon pre mom is more accurate as that's where I posted the opks. So still a few days to go🤞🤞 xx

Wow all these BFPs in one night. I know I said I was staying away from mumsnet but just by chance I thought I’d have a nosey at what everyone was doing. Congrats to both of you @CardioQueen and @Foxl2222.

@positivitytree2020 least we have each other think there is maybe 4 of us I can’t remember now 😂 I’m onto my 4th month of trying CD 10 and BBT and OPKs started Monday. But technically it’s my “first” cycle as I’ve took forever to have a withdrawal bleed and first AF after pill but each cycle I’ve tracked since coming off the pill I’ve ovulated so I could’ve had a chance to fall pg I feel.
I feel a lot more relaxed about it this month and when I get to the tww it’s seems to work for people to forget about it and get on with life so going to start doing something to keep me distracted lol. It’s helped also not getting carried away with temps and OPKs and I feel that’s because I have had a couple of days off mumsnet and the internet but I’m so glad I opened it this morning to see all the good news!!

@Dex1521 Wow not many of us left! 🙈 oh okay so you’ve have had 2 AF’s since coming off the pill? That’s not too bad, fingers crossed third time lucky! 🤞🏼
I’ve had 4, well just waiting on it, want it to hurry up so I can get onto Cycle 5! 😂
Once I hit Cycle 6 I’ll start getting worried! 😢

I’m the same just dip in and out of here, the 2ish weeks between AF and waiting to ovulate is so boring so I never come on coz as I’d start obsessing otherwise! 🙈

@CardioQueen woaaaahhh what amazing news!! That's incredible 🙂 brilliant you got to see the little bean. Have you got any symptoms now? I think my nausea kicked in about 6wks. It went at about 9wks though, I was lucky.

Thanks so much @Bells20 🤗 I agree, I have to remind myself some people are so much further gone when they find out (my mum with my sister - her 4th - at 6.5 months) and even my GP said that early on is really just cell division, so she wasn't concerned at all. More interested in the immaculate conception of someone confirmed by scan to have not ovulated... how far along are you now?

@GreenApplesYo thank you! The symptoms are starting to kick in stronger than I thought they would. I do consider myself 6 weeks today, despite dating scan putting me at 5+3, and the nausea started to really ramp up yesterday - before that it was more a lack of appetite. The first week or so after I found out I was just exhausted and then awake at 3.30am every night. That seems to have settled, so swings and roundabouts! I saw your scan, I can't believe you're in week 13 already - scan looks amazing 😍

@Dex1521 and @positivitytree2020 sending lots of luck to you both, excited for you to get your BFPs. And for us all to have healthy, sticky beans 🍀

@CardioQueen Congratulations!!! Omg! I am so so happy for you! After everything you were told and the worry you had to go through, this is amazing! Genuienly wouldn't worry that you drank and lifted before finding out (well done on PB by the way 💪🏼). I had a three day drinking weekend plus I was doing intermittent fasting and a Courtney Black challenge when I find out 😂 As a pp said, some women go months without even knowing. Re the nausea - eat little and often. And if you need to sleep, just have a nap. So does that mean you'll be due at the beginning of September? Aww this has made me smile ☺️

No really news from me! I'm CD 17 really thought I would peak today but haven't had one yet! They've all been about 20-30 so hoping it comes out of nowhere soon! Had EWCM CD14&15 then WCM CD16 and today I've had some blood?! What on Earth is that about?! I've googled and it's apparently ovulation? Has that ever happened to anyone else? It was only a small bit! There's definitely some activity down there - I just want to ovulate ASAP because my LP has been so short! I plan on taking some Angus cactus and vit C after I ovulate to try and extend it! Xxxx

@CardioQueen the dating can be a puzzle! I am still scratching my head over how I was 13+4 at my scan when I was expecting to be 13+1. It makes it look like I ovulated 3 days before I thought I did... But I had a positive OPK and temp rise to confirm. Weird! He/she gained 3 extra days between the 9wk scan and the 13wk scan (if that makes sense) ... I am thinking maybe they get growth spurts. So yours might 'gain' some days as well?

@CardioQueen I am here all day long for those stories of when people defy doctors! Wow 6.5 months!!! Absolutely right though people find out later all the time, I went on a girls holiday with a friend who turned out to be about 6 weeks pregnant at the time but of course none of us knew, the amount we drank was disgusting really but everything turned out perfectly well with her pregnancy and a very healthy happy baby followed! Always think it's what you do once you know that matters most! I'm 8+4 today, feeling very anxious and just counting down the days until my 12 week scan even though I don't even have an appointment for that yet!

@DrS44 those sound like good ovulation signs to me! Strange the tests haven't changed to reflect that though! Hopefully you'll get your peak v soon! It didn't happen to me but I've definitely heard of ovulation spotting so fingers crossed!
