We are coming off contraception(condoms) in February. I am getting married in April and would love to be pregnant by then(hopefully!!). What would you all recommend to do to make sure I’m on track with everything? I’ve started taking pre natal vitamins and I am looking into maybe tracking my next two cycles so I’m ready for when we are off contraception and have an idea of when I’m ovulating. Thank you all in advance xx

Watch out for egg white cervical mucus. On a 28 day cycle it could be anywhere from day 10-20. So basically when your vaginal discharge starts changing around maybe cd7, it goes through different phases and ends up similar to the texture of egg white. Ovulation happens around then so having sex a few days before and after should improve your chances.
I used this method for my two kids at age 25 and 28 and just recently at age 34 (currently 15 weeks pregnant). You're already taking folic acid if it's included in your prenatal. Good luck with everything, will be a busy year for you 😁
