Is this OPK positive? SMEP

Hi gals, first month following SMEP after 18 months of not 'trying' but no contraception. We've DTD every other day from cycle day 10 (didn't know about SMEP til then!)

Is this OPK positive and we should now DTD for 3 consecutive days? I use Femometer app and my LH tests have been high but not peaked. Unsure whether to DTD at peak or positive?

That's not quite positive but very very close. I'd recommend testing 2-3 times a day for the next couple of days as I'd expect your peak to be this evening or tomorrow morning.

It’s getting there x

It now seems to have dropped again? I tested in the evening after holding for several hours and reduced fluids. Is it possible that LH was rising but I didn't get a positive because I didn't ovulate? Femometer predicted ovulation yesterday. I did have some other ovulation symptoms... EWCM on one day as well as lower back ache and tender boobs.

I think next month I'll forget the OPKs and just check CM. Too much to think about!
