Hi All,
Hoping for some advice, I had a misscarriage on November 20th and I am keen to start trying again right away. Any advice on when is safe to try again?

I had a miscarriage in July and I was bleeding for 12 weeks. My periods have just gotten back to normal. I'm using the CB ovulation kit to track, seems I've ovulate earlier than I used to. Hoping my body is ready

You can start have sex again as soon as you stop bleeding from the MC.

For dating purposes it's easier to wait until you've had your first period but some people fall pregnant straight away before AF arrives.

Good luck!

When I had a MC in oct 2019 I was told I could try as soon as the bleeding stopped. Took about 4 weeks for my bleeding to stop then we started DTD again, I read up that infections can be likely if you don't wait for bleeding to stop but not 100% if that's the case. Best option is to ask your GP!
Sorry to hear about your MC, hope you're doing okay

Thank you all for your replies. Pregnancy test was finally negative today and bleeding seems to have stopped but still a little nervous about infection so maybe best to wait a little longer. I think I am just impatient as I was so excited that I was pregnant before misscarriage x

I felt like my bleeding lasted forever after my mc. I had 2 weeks of no bleeding and then my period started, and I'm actually quite relieved to have at least 1 period (as strange as this may sound I wondered how I would feel seeing all that blood again, sorry tmi) I really want to try again, but I'm not sure if I'm too scared. I coped fairly OK, but not sure if I could handle it if anything happened again so soon. I'm rambling. I hope this makes sense. Good Luck to you and whatever you decide to do. Hopefully your not as indecisive as I am haha! X
