I ovulated this month first time in years, months i dont know. I had bad pains on the right side too at the time. Im starting my period but my breasts are still so sore, infact my nipples got cold earlier and im sure it was so painful. Cant touch them at all and its the worst its ever been... im wondering if its linked to having ovulated or ? Any ideas? Thanks
