I was due my period today and I've been having cramps for the last 2 weeks or so but my cervix is still high and open, what does this mean?

Hi OP. Is it possible you are only just ovulating now? Do you chart or do anything else to track ovulation (temperature checking)? Do you have any fertile cervical mucus currently?

KailaLeigh01 · 07/12/2020 19:28

Hi, I don't think I'm ovulating now as had ovulation symptoms near the end of last month, so when it should have been. I dont have as much cervical mucus as I do when I am ovulating...

Take a test. This sounds like me before I got a BFP x

I will do, I wasn't sure if there was a correlation between cervical position and pregnancy

The cervix staying high and soft can be a sign of pregnancy.

Bleepers · 08/12/2020 14:54

Did you test?

KailaLeigh01 · 09/12/2020 16:46

I tested but it was negative, still no sign of AF though

I retested and there is a line but I can only see it if I hold it up to a light...

Try again in a couple of days @KailaLeigh01 -- it might still just be a bit early.
