Does anyone notice that they get spots around the time of ovulation? I've got one on my chin and it's really painful (no head on it yet but feel like it needs to burst! Sorry if TMI) I do usually get spots when my AF is due.
Also...I've seen people talk about their body temperature and tracking this? Is this to do with body temperature increase around the time of ovulation?
