Timing conception - wedding next year

Looking for someone to kick me in the butt and tell me to wait another month to TTC again!

I had a MMC which resolved naturally at the end of October. I started a new cycle on the Dec 4th which would put ovulation around Christmas for a due date about September 17/18/19 2021...the catch is my best friend's wedding is July 31 next year and it's about 15 hours of travel (including a 10 hour flight) to get to the wedding location.

That would put me in the region of 33 weeks pregnant on the return flight (technically possible given the airlines rules, but still). Please tell me this is a terrible idea and to just wait another month! I know there is a lowish chance I would conceive anyways but there is a little part of my brain telling me to go for it

There will always be a reasons not to try - if you want to find one. Friends wedding, possible promotion, FA cup final (that's me - I was born on FA cup final day and my Dad's team were in the final).

I say go with the flow, have lots of sex for the sheer fun of it and see what happens.

I would just go for it as you have no idea how long things might take. If you do conceive then you can deal with it then. Otherwise every month seems to mean its not ideal to conceive

I would stop actively TTC for this month and really enjoy Christmas with your DP, drunken nights kind of thing and cuddles on the sofa, but I wouldn't use contraception either. So really just go for plenty of sex without the pressure and enjoy each other
