Keep calm and TWW.. yeah right!

Hey guys,

So I'm in my 6th TWW and roughly 6/7dpos. (Ive stopped monitoring.. for now). I was doing sooo well and now I'm on the obsessive googling stage.

I get a little crampy around this time every month.. I think. 🤣 so I've just been trying to work out what implantation cramps could feel like 🤯

Does anyone else feel like when you aren't TTC the time between periods go super quick but when your in your TWW if feels like the whole of 2020 within that two weeks 🙈

Why can't I just CHILL!!!

27 over here too and TTC #1 I'm on cycle 3. Right now, I'm either 2 days late for AF, or AF is due in 2 days time 😂... doing well 🤪

Anyone else have the following irrational thoughts? I know they probably have no relevance whatsoever but can't help but think them! Or am I the only crazy here? 😂

• Worried about DTD in the 2WW in case it somehow dislodges an implanted embryo

• Worried about straining for a #2 in case it somehow dislodges an implanted embryo

@bluemagicalsky yep we didn't dtd the whole time I was preg the first time because we were both too scared 🙈 lol

Went to get a clear blue test this morning and came back to AF full force 😞

@beckyBP ahhh no way! I'm so sorry bloody COVID got in the way of your wedding  I hint at a ring but starting a family is so much more of a priority for me rn!
Had a positive opk yesterday and dtd yesterday and the day before but feeling like it would be a bit of a chore to do it again tonight, anyone else get this feeling? Usually if we aren't really in the mood once we get started it's great but feels a bit unnatural to go against how you're feeling!
@bluemagicalsky hi! The irrational thoughts are non stop for be I've become so obsessed with everything going on in my body  hope AF doesn't show for you this week - keep us updated!

@peach1234 Glad I'm not the only one!! I think I'd be the same! So frustrating that AF arrived for you just after you bought a test 😢 Hope you're okay.

@summer249 Same! It's all so confusing isn't it. Every symptom can mean 100 different things! Not helpful! 😂

I had a positive OPK yesterday morning and again this morning - what does that mean?!

@bluemagicalsky we don't usually dtd in the tww but mainly because I have run out of energy by then 😆

Sorry @summer249 I've never used opks so have absolutely no idea. When in doubt, DTD? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks @MsCrapola I really thought I might have been the only one! The stress we all put ourselves through 🙈 Best of luck for your test! Let us know how it goes! I'm testing tomorrow morning if AF doesn't arrive tonight 🤞🏼

@summer249 that's doll. I was super down about it at the time but fine now. Yea totally, there's a pressure to DTD which I reckon makes you want to do it less!

@peach1234 sorry doll. AF will be here any minute for me too. I had a tiny bit of spotting yesterday.. just when I wiped (sorry!) and I can literally feel it coming 😞

I caved and tested with a CB how many weeks test (only one in the house) and got a BFN. Fairly sure that's me out as I'm at est 15DPO. Really going to try and not symptom spot going forward!!! 🤪

@bluemagicalsky I said that last month but it's hard not to isn't it!
Also I can't never remember what my "normal" symptoms feel like!
It's easier when I'm busy at work to not think about it. There is almost too much technology at our disposal to look for signs in temp, heart rate etcetc!

SO hard! And then the symptoms don't seem to mean anything anyway! 😂 Hope you get your BFP this month x

It's really hard to relax for the TWW. We've been trying 4 months and it's not that long but already I'm feeling the stress!

I always seem to get cramps at about 10/11dpo, which then ease up and come back when I get AF at 14/15 dpo. Frustrating as it means that trying to spot implantation cramps seems kind of irrelevant for me.

Nothing else really to add but empathy and hugs!

Haha! I do a bit but I don't think it's very rational :)

@wildraisins you're absolutely right it's hard to relax. I'm on my fifth cycle and AF due tomorrow so just waiting to see, I'm not testing early (I did a couple months ago but stressed myself out!)
It's easy to feel like if it hasn't happened yet it won't happen but I have to tell myself that's completely irrational!
The issue is it's completely random and not like "practice makes perfect", just perfect timing and luck!

I also caved and did a cheapie strip test this morning which was negative. I'm going to get a first response test tomorrow morning and see how that turns out. Tonight I've had some very light pink on the paper when I wiped (sorry if TMI!) so not sure if it's implantation or most likely, AF. I suppose I could be 12dpo depending on when I ovulated as I get 15dpo from when I had a positive clear blue OPK. Will have to wait and see over the next few days.

@MsCrapola Hope your FRER gives you your positive and AF doesn't arrive. I'm the same as you in that AF hasn't arrived so I'm looking back and moving my ovulation date to make the cycle make sense for pregnancy. Although much further and we won't have DTD for it to add up 😂 Only time will tell! Fingers crossed for us both 🤞🏼 I agree ☺️

Woke up this morning and AF is in full force with really bad cramping. Disappointed but ready to get this done and move on to DTD again

@bluemagicalsky @MsCrapola sorry to hear girls. AF due for me today and it feels like it's coming any second. Just want it to come now and get it over with!

@wildraisins @kaffy197 it's impossible to fully relax isn't it. It's something we all want so much. I'll be going into my 8th cycle (been since July) and it's just so disheartening everytime AF arrives

Hey, can I join?

This is my 4th month of ttc my 2nd. It happen first try when I got pregnant with my son but this time it's taking a little longer. I was due AF on Friday as I normally have a 28 cycle but this month my ovulation time showed me to ovulate on day 22 so I think AF will be coming later this month! Drives me crazy 😂
