Hey guys,

So I'm in my 6th TWW and roughly 6/7dpos. (Ive stopped monitoring.. for now). I was doing sooo well and now I'm on the obsessive googling stage.

I get a little crampy around this time every month.. I think. 🤣 so I've just been trying to work out what implantation cramps could feel like 🤯

Does anyone else feel like when you aren't TTC the time between periods go super quick but when your in your TWW if feels like the whole of 2020 within that two weeks 🙈

I'm losing it- not my temperature, my resting heart rate!

Hope I can join! I'm currently 3dpo on my first cycle! After logging my three previous cycles I'm stressing slightly as my luteal phase seems short at 9 days! My cycle is usually 31 days and I seem to ovulate CD22. Anyone else had any experience of this?

Hey everyone,

Bit annoyed today - DH got called into work early so we haven't had chance to DTD today (ovulation day), meaning we've only managed it on CD15 and CD18 in the FW (5 days before ov and 2 days before ov) which seems a bit crap. Won't hold out much hope this month but here we go with the TWW

Hi girls! 8th cycle ttc this month, I feel like I'm going insane and would love some support. I'm 27 and we don't have any kids yet but feel so ready. Hope it happens soon! How do you stay sane?!

@kaffy197 I actually really like it! We use way less than recommended as i read it can be like a slip and slide 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Tbh I don't know much about temp or heart rate! I haven't looked into that side yet.

@mooloop sorry doll.. although.. Someone on another thread was telling me about a study where couples only DTD once in their fertile window and 85% of the conceptions were from couples DTD 2 days before ov.. so that's good!

So crap although.. I've officially hit psycho stage of my TWW. I just peed (tmi, sorry) and it was neon. I drink a lot of water so it's normally almost clear so after checking with my fiancé if he defo flushed (and they say romance is dead) I got onto good old dr google 😂😂

Hey @summer249 bless you! Please feel free to rant away. I'm cycle 6 (I think) or 7, who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ and tbh I was convinced I'd be heavily pregnant by now. It's so disheartening.

Yes using opks but I not temping. I always get my opk peak really early in the morning 4am (I'm insane why am I testing ovulation at 4am!!) on CD21 so from that I'm assuming I ovulate CD22. First month and I'm already obsessing!

@beckyBP thanks for the reply! Before starting trying I thought it would be a breeze and happen straight away. No one tells you! It does seem like there are so many pregnant announcements, especially over Christmas. Happy for them but can't help the tinge of jealousy

@beckyBP hahaha what did dr google have to say for itself?! I think that sometimes happens if you're taking certain vitamins so might be that?

That's interesting about those figures! I was googling and some studies say 2 days before ov is the best day and some say it's the day before so who knows 🤔 hopefully our work schedules will be more in sync next month if this month doesn't work out.

@summer249 we stopped using protection in November but this is the first month we've actually used OPKs and "tried" I would say. Obsessed already though

Where are you up to in your cycle atm?

@MayDay27 no I haven't tried temping yet. Think it might be worth a go. Everyone says they're going to go into in relaxed but it's a lie 😂

@summer249 you are SPOT ON. Tried for 15 years to not get pregnant.. I never expected to have to try. Totally the same. Happy for the pregnancy announcements but super jealous too. And that's ok.

@mooloop I got results for pregnancy and vitamins😂 google will tell you anything you want in some format won't it!

Who bloody knows. All I know is sex before ov is better than day of or after.. well.. I say I know.. who knows 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

@mooloop yeah to begin with we just stopped using any contraception it's been since Oct time I have been tracking. I had a positive ovulation test today - is that what opk means? (Sorry clueless with the lingo) We dtd last night & tonight and if we are in the mood will again tomorrow night! I'm self isolating so plenty of time and energy this month lol!

@beckyBP do you take vitamins? Since I started taking vit B and C this month I get very yellow wee! 😂

@beckyBP that's the pregnacare!! Mine was the same, literally turned it luminous yellow within hours of taking it, and OHs lol it's apparently your body getting rid of any excess b vitamins you don't need.

@summer249 yep OPKs are ovulation tests I had my positive OPK yesterday so we must be on a similar timeframe! Good that you've managed to get plenty DTD in, I'm hoping we have better luck with our work schedules next month if this month doesn't work out so we can try and stick to every other day 🙈

@kaffy197 @peach1234 I don't think I've ever noticed it before 😂😂 took me by surprise. I pride myself on how clear my pee is 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️

And @mooloop I fell pregnant with my first the one month we decided to just chill and I didn't use opks and only dtd once!

@beckyBP it actually shocked me and I started googling pregnancy signs and saw the pregnacare thing and was like dammit lol

Ah that's great to have someone with such a similar time frame  As people are always saying it only takes one time... So rubbish when things like work get in the way as it can't be helped but still frustrating! Will keep my fingers crossed your schedules work out better next month. How long have you been with your partner? Do you live together?

@kaffy197 I know it's so so hard to not read into every little thing isn't it. My head knows it's definitely the pregnacare that's made my period late but I've still got this tiny hope that it's not...

@summer249 we've been together coming up 10 years and married for 3 DH works shifts so he's sometimes not home when I get in from work, last night he had a 5-5 night shift and I didn't get home til 5.30pm, so we were like passing ships! What about you and your partner, have you been together a while?

Ah that must be hard, especially while you're not allowed to go out or socialise atm! Although I wouldn't mind the bed to myself every now and again, lol. We've been together 5 years, living together for 2... no sign of a ring yet mind

@summer249 it's SO helpful to talk, and to talk to people in the same boat which is why I love these threads. I wish I had some words of wisdom!! All I can say is talk talk talk. You'll always feel better 🤍

We've been together 12 years now and living together for 9 years. 10 and a half when I got the ring (FUMING it took so long tbh) 😂😂 we were due to get married in June 2020 but yeah.. 🦠😑
