Hey guys,

So I'm in my 6th TWW and roughly 6/7dpos. (Ive stopped monitoring.. for now). I was doing sooo well and now I'm on the obsessive googling stage.

I get a little crampy around this time every month.. I think. 🤣 so I've just been trying to work out what implantation cramps could feel like 🤯

Does anyone else feel like when you aren't TTC the time between periods go super quick but when your in your TWW if feels like the whole of 2020 within that two weeks 🙈

Hey @bluemagicalsky I tested when I was 1 day late and got a stark white BFN and could tell AF was en route after that, so didn't bother testing again. Enjoyed plenty of wine and gin over Christmas at least

I see from your last post you're about 7dpo now are you? How agonising is that TWW! When do you think you'll test?

Doing a zoom baby shower for a friend tomorrow. She's due next month, so excited for her, especially as she had two MMCs before this pregnancy. I hope it will be our turn for a happy new addition soon

@mooloop such a shame but great that you know your body so well. Sounds like a good Christmas!
Yeah 7DPO, one week to go! Had all the same symptoms as my last cycle so not sure if that is good or bad! I'll test on the 7th if AF doesn't arrive on the 6th.
Ah that is such a lovely thing to do and I'm sure she'll appreciate that so much. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

I'm about 5dpo. I'm a little crampy which I seem to be every month after ovulation right through to AF. It's not painful AT ALL and if I'm occupied I can't feel it but it's there.. What's that all about? X

Hi ladies, I've been off for a few weeks enjoying Christmas and DTD!
I'm a few days post ovulation now and feeling relaxed about it. We managed to dtd more than usual over Christmas given all our plans were cancelled. On another thread I also learnt that most women carry on as normal (ie enjoying wine) during the tww which I hadn't been doing but will do now, and that certainly makes me feel more relaxed!! I'm not going to symptom spot, but I don't usually have any symptoms to spot anyway 😆

@beckyBP all well over here thanks 😊 10DPO and have definitely seen an increase in CM, sore boobs, trouble sleeping and waking up with a blocked nose. Exactly the same symptoms when I got my BFP last cycle. Back pain has been worse this time. Feeling good and hopeful

Oh cramping is the worst. So annoying that it came mean so many different things! Hope the rest of your TWW goes quickly and you have some good signs!

How are you finding the ovulation test strips @mooloop ?

Hey @bluemagicalsky, fingers crossed for a BFP for you with all those symptoms! 🤞🏻 the OPKs are fine so far, had a high reading today and have had some cramping today (usual for me around this point of my cycle, CD14 today) so hopefully my peak will be soon! 🤞🏻

@kaffy197 great you got to DTD lots over Christmas and are pretty chilled now. I'm the same, I would normally put my life on hold in the TWW but I haven't this time!!

@bluemagicalsky that sounds super positive!! When are you going to test?

The cramping is so weird. It's every cycle. It doesn't hurt and I only notice it when I'm sat still but I don't get what it is and if it's ok you know?

Absolutely. It's so difficult to know especially as everyone is unique. Hopefully it is just your body doing it's thing and you're someone that can feel it more easily.

Still no peak OPK today (still reading as high) but EWCM has arrived. No idea if that's normal??

Hi ladies, thank you to those who welcomed me! Hope everyone had a nice Christmas and a happy New Years hopefully 2021 will bring more happiness than 2020 and BFPs for us all too. I am 9dpo today and really really trying to resist the urge to test, although I know I will probably cave. Only symptoms I've had are sore boobs and being really bloated and gassy though not sure if that's related!

@bluemagicalsky any news with you?

@mooloop don't quote me but I think it's normal for EWCM to start before peak! I'd just get DTD as you're best off doing it pre ovulation.

@MsCrapola yes! Would love to see loads of BFPs this year and early this year would be AMAZING! It's so hard isn't it as most early pregnancy symptoms are similar to pre AF.

I had heartburn yesterday (7dpo) so was frantically googling that 😂🙈

I think I had a chemical a few months back and in the latter part of my TWW I was awake by 5am everyday and having very vivid dreams. I work up at 5am today so got really excited but I think that was more to do with the 'back to work blues'

I say to myself every month I'm not going to symptom spot but here I am again!!

@beckyBP Afraid not. Got a BFN yesterday but I'm so sure I'm pg 😂 Now I'm thinking that I ovulated a few days later than I thought so I only would have been 9DPO yesterday. Maybe wishful thinking but we'll soon find out! The theory is that the chemical changed my cycle a bit 🤷🏼‍♀️

The dreams and disrupted sleep are a good sign! Heartburn is an even better sign! When you planning on testing?

The heartburn was super random tbf.. I hadn't eaten anything for a good 4/5 hours so seems bizarre that it would be from that. However, my tummy feels very pre AF like so I'm not getting my hopes up. Xx

One of my best friends found out she was pregnant today (not planned, very new relationship). Really happy for her but if I'm being honest it felt like a bit of a kick in the gut 😬

On another note, I've had loads more EWCM today and a high (still not peak) OPK, so maybe I still haven't ovulated after all 🤔 CD17 so I thought I would've by now.

I know what the answer to this will be but thought I'd just see if anyone's had the same happen to them! Due af today, nothing yet, done lots of tests in lead up (I'm addicted lol) did a pound shop strip test earlier today and at first it looked neg then a definite second line came up not faint and definitely was coloured but then It disappeared almost in front of my eyes! Has this happened to anyone else?!
I know I just need to wait and see if af comes and keep testing/use a frer if it doesn't come but I'm just too impatient lol x

After what feels like forever I've finally had 2 super dark peak OPKs today (CD19), so that feels like a victory 😂 so as I understand it, I'm likely to ovulate tomorrow? Annoyingly, we can't DTD tonight as I've just got in from work and DH is already out starting his night shift 😩 but we did it last night. Reckon last night and tomorrow will cover our bases OK? 😬

@mooloop I know and I started taking pregnacare a couple of weeks ago and I've read loads online now about it delaying people's periods so I've stopped taking it as now I'm worried my periods not come yet because of that, so many things to worry about! Lol

Ahhh yes that'll defo cover your bases, most important to dtd just before peak I'd say? Fingers crossed!! Xx

@peach1234 I tried the Seven Seas ones last month and had a long cycle, then read similar about those so I haven't taken them this week. Bloody minefield isn't it!

Oh really?! That's good then, my apps are practically screaming at me to DTD now I've had the peak and I'm like arghhh I can't 😂 hopefully the swimmers from last night can hang on and wait for ovulation tomorrow 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@mooloop oh did you! I think that's what's happened to me this month then. My cycles were getting shorter each month and now this is the longest it's been since I started logging them in May!

@peach1234 I took pregnacare and it really messed my cycle up for about three months before doing the same as you and realising the effect it can have -it's bizarre!! I think it's just so synthetic and strong that it doesn't have the desired effect

@kaffy197 oh really! That's interesting to hear thank you. I only bloody took them for a week so annoying! Still no period and was due yesterday but took another test today and negative so must be the pregnacare! I took them when trying for my daughter and it worked really well didn't mess cycle up at all and I got pregnant after 3 months of me and oh taking them so I thought it was definitely that that helped conceive as they say takes 3 months to work/get into your system.

@peach1234 that's interesting. It wasn't good for me but some people rate them!

Interesting.. I've started pregnacare this month too. And preseed although we only used it on him.

@beckyBP we used pressed this month, I was feeling hopeful as I've had the sorest boobs known to man this week but my temperature is so low I'm sure it's not possible 😆 I'm 9dpo
