Incase anyone is struggling TTC, I read it’s a good idea to book something in the diary that’s a treat the date of it just after your period is due. So then when you get a bfn and your sad you have something to look forward to. I thought it sounded like a great idea!

So hair appointment / massage / afternoon tea. Obv with Covid restrictions it could be a nice takeaway / cake at home / meeting a friend for a walk. Any other suggestions?

That sounds like a lovely idea I wouldn't bother with a massage thou as if u do get ur bfp won't be able to have it done, I had one booked for the day af as due took a test a day early, nice relaxing afternoon cancelled lol but a nice mani pedi or tea with ur gfs sounds lovely

That a very nice idea but my period is normally very heavy and sore so the only thing I can do is have plenty of ibuprofens and a hot water bottle at the ready 🤣 but all jokes aside it’s definitely good to do something to distract yourself, just a wee treat x

It's a good idea but one of these days you're going to be expecting a treat but wont be able to have it lol!!

This is a lovely idea ☺️ My AF always seems to show up at a weekend when I’ve got way too much time to think about it, so this would be good for me x
