Have I ovulated?

Morning ladies, I know you can not guarantee this as I haven’t had three consecutive temperature rises but does anyone think my chart looks like I ovulated yesterday?

I’m using a donor and am supposed to meet him tonight but don’t want to waste his time if I’ve already ovulated.

Anyone?

I'd meet your donor tonight. There's not really enough data on your chart to say. Have you also used opks? If so when did you get the positive?

I started using OPK’s on Wednesday @VenusStarr it was dark but not positive (pic attached) but I wondered if I caught my surge on the way down since I hadn’t tested before I wouldn’t know.

I didn’t start testing until CD10 because I took soy isoflavones this month and they say you shouldn’t test until 3 days after you stop taking them as you can get a false positive. I’m using OvuSense which is why my temps didn’t start until CD8 as AF was in town.

I'd play it safe and try tonight and hopefully tomorrow will be another higher temperature so you can be a bit more confident about ovulation day. I ovulate on cd10/11, do you usually have shorter cycles? Mine are usually 25 days.

Well the reason I’ve taken the soy isoflavones is the last 2 months my cycle has been 40+ days @VenusStarr so I don’t think I actually ovulated those months.

I guess I haven’t ovulated as I had a huge temp drop this morning. Still no sign of a positive opk either

That's a shame @Waiting2BAMummy, did you see your donor yesterday? Are the soy isoflavones to help bring on ovulation? Do you have any other signs like egg White cm?

My cycles are 32-35 days and I don't ovulate til CD18-20.

I did see my donor yesterday @VenusStarr and he’s coming over again on Monday unless I get a positive opk before then and then I’ll see him before. No egg white Cm as yet but I know the soy can dry that up anyway.

I’m using the soy as I don’t think I’ve ovulated the last couple of months.

Ah OK 🤞 for you. I take evening primrose oil in the first half of my cycle and that does seem to help with ewcm. I take 1000mg.
