I’m reading lots of conflicting information on this topic, me and DP have decided we’d like to start TTC again as DC is coming up 6m old.
Took > 1 year TTC with DC and that was without BFing so I’m not expecting this to happen fast but is there anything we can do to improve our chances?
I’m taking the general vits/oil for BFing. AF not regular, sometimes it’s been 5-6 weeks in between. How accurate is the BBT and opk? If both match can I assume I have ovulated?
I remember how stressful we found TTC in the end last time I just don’t want to end up in that place again
