Cramping early pregnancy

I'm 13 dpo today got my bfp from 9dpo and confirmed with a first response I've had 7 miscarriages before this pregnancy and I've got slight cramping that goes on and off it's not as bad as a period but can still feel it and it's panicking me .. my lines on tests have been so good I'm just worried it's going to end the same as before .. anyone else had cramping like this before and been fine ?? Tia

@tinkerbell999 hi. I've had cramping from the start. So much so I had an early scan to check it wasn't eptopic. So far all is okay. I'm 7 weeks 2 days xx

Is it like period pains thanks for response it's gone off now but comes and goes x
