8dpo and cramps

Bfn on tests, but getting weird cramping and lower back pain... Anyone else got these symptoms. First time TTC after ectopic. Cramps aren't on the side the eptopic was more like a period cramp but periods is over a week away.

I’m in the same situation, I ovulated late so think I’m more impatient because I’d normally be expecting af or bfp by now but I have another week to wait. However, I have had flutters of very minor cramps/lower back ache a couple of days ago so sounds similar to your symptoms. Seems to have stopped now though. I only ever get lower back ache when af actually starts so it is unusual for me but I’ve had a lot of unusual symptoms before...
