Soy in diet and ovulation

About a month ago I started a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. I now drink soy milk in my tea and on my cereal and I eat an alpro (soy) yoghurt every morning for my breakfast.

Usually I have 33ish day cycles with ovulation around day 20/21, but I am only on cd11 and I feel like I am ovulating early, I have the cramping on my right side, full and bloated feeling and feeling frisky. Also had ewcm yesterday out of the blue. I don't have an opk here but have ordered some.

Does anyone know if this is enough soy to affect my cycle? Wondered if this could possibly be the cause.

Definitely not enough soy to affect your hormones
