I had my last period in October started 20/10/20 and finishing 24/10/20 I haven’t had anything since I did a test today 2/12/20 and it was negative I’m just looking for advice on what to do next

Do you have regular cycles and what sort of length are they? Could it just be a super long cycle? Alternatively if you've ovulated late, say around 19th November it may be a day or two early.
